An Ode to Healthy Discussions Involving your Unpopular Opinions on Media

An article where I discuss some of the toxicity I see on social media regarding video games (and media in general) and how unpopular opinions could be presented in a less hostile way.

Gargoyle’s Quest (GB)

A spinoff of the GnG series, which is easier than its parent series. It’s a fun platformer with action RPG elements.
One of the few games I know where you play as a (non-humanlike) demon, it has a very unique atmosphere and setting. (check the full review if it sounds interesting to you)

Balloon Fight GB (GBC)

Balloon Fight GB is probably the best game in the series, it takes the main mechanic of the original game and turns it into a platformer. A very short arcade-y game, read article for a more in-depth review.

Fortress of Fury 2 (Ikari no Yousai 2)

Ikari no Yousai 2 is an overhead shooter with exploration and puzzle-solving elements where you move through rooms completing challenges. The progression is quite similar to the dungeon structure in 2D Zelda. You explore each room, collecting keys, opening doors, defeating enemies, certain things you do on a room affect the other, go and up down through different floors to progress, there are breakable walls and floors and you must fight a boss at the end.
